  The Bad: Phil seldom gives required warning for tour groups, then will get upset when the place isn't presentable. He will often show up with a tour group entirely unnanounced. Often made excuses to snoop around duplex neighbor's place. Phil has been inside our place without our permission, as evidenced by the locking of our front door when we left it unlocked. He would often comment on things he couldn't have known about without having been in our apartment without our knowledge. Nit-picky clean up process is VERY involved. The Good: Phil was pretty responsive to broken appliances, and was pretty easy to get a hold of.
