  I have lived here once before and to make a long story short... it was a NIGHTMARE. Fast forward a couple years and I'm testing the water again. This experience though better, started to give me flashbacks to the previous years, from lost documents from our file, to ignored maintenance request and just being STRAIGHT UP disregarded by the beyond awful women in the office I was moments away from packing up my family, breaking our lease and moving elsewhere. Just in time, all three representatives (Property Manager, Assistant Manager and Leasing Agent) all left the company and have been replaced by an AMAZING group of people. They're genuinely trying to clean the place up, I walk into the office to pay my rent/submit request and am greeted with smiling faces that actually seem to enjoy their jobs. My attitude towards CC6 has definitely changed in the past month or so, we've actually discussed upgrading to a townhouse and re-signing our lease. I think my only genuine complaint at this point is with the late fee policy, I've worked as a leasing agent and rented through multiple companies and have not EVER seen such high stakes. Easily could owe $150+ for being one or two days late on rent. Though this is out of the actual on-site management's control it's a change I'd like to see. Anyways, I hope the new staff are here to stay!

  AMAZING NEW STAFF. I have been around this place through several management companies, and we usually get the same type of angry people in the office and on the maintenance staff. In the past month or so, I have witnessed some serious changes. When a work order is called in, the maintenance staff actually comes and fixes what is wrong, and all this within a day or so. I had called in several work orders over the past few months, and NONE were addressed, but now they have this new maintenance guy, I believe his name is Dan, and he is amazing. He took care of all of our concerns, and it seemed like he actually cared about his job, and most importantly about us, which is very unusual around here. I have also had to go to the office to get some things figured out, and the new property manager Brooke, is very friendly and addressed my issue quickly and in such a friendly manner. I truly hope that this new staff is here to stay, and keep up the great work that they have been doing. I would also like to point out that the maintenance guy Dan has been running off the riff raff from this property. I have seen him confront people that in my mind are very scary looking people and telling them to get off his property. Thats what we need around here, someone that will stand up for this community. I have watched this place go downhill, and for the first time in a long time, I see actual changes happening. Keep up the good work. UPDATE: What the hell happened to this place. It appears that the amazing maintenance guy Dan is gone now. And now we are back to the same old stuff. The people in the office don't know what they are doing half the time. It is apparent that the Maintenance guy Dan was the glue that held all of the good things together. Not sure what happened to him, but I am sure that he was ran off by the fact that this company that runs this place are a bunch of morons

  Have been residing at Country Club on 6th for a month now and couldn't be more happier. The office staff is Amazing! Brooke, Brittany and Jeff are quick in responding to questions, very helpful and always Smiling. The 24 hr maintenance staff are Outstanding. Ray and Lewis, have responded quickly and very friendly. The grounds are well kept. The on-site gym is clean and nicely equipped. Looking forward to the Spring and Summer months to utilize the Tennis court and Pool. Under New Management and it Shows!! Thank you!!
