  Do not rent from A&s. Called multiple times about maintenance issues and they didn't bother sending anyone out until I submitted a form 14/30 to them, then we were given two weeks to move out of our home. They are claiming to have spent thousands of dollars in cleaning the home after us moving out(which we were forced to leave furniture behind due to the short time frame we were given to move) they lost our rent on multiple occasions, forced us to pay rent twice in one month under threat of eviction, and in general were incredibly shady the whole time. The lady in charge is bitter and rude and does not listen to issues. Tried to break kansas tenent land lord law multiple times as well. Openly lied to my roommate and I on multiple occasions. This company is a nightmare on wheels.
